Richmond Stace | Specialist Pain Physio & The Pain Coach
I have spent almost 30 years in healthcare — I don’t know anything else! Starting as a registered nurse, I went on to read Sport Rehabilitation & Science, then Physiotherapy and ‘finally’, the Pain MSc at Kings College with Mick Thacker.
This background, together with coaching, compassion focused therapy and motivational interviewing training, has resulted in Pain Coaching as a way to help people who are suffering persistent pain to shape a positive future. Actually, despite all this study, it has been the experience with patients (people) that has been the great teacher.
